"Immaculate Cream" Raw Milk

All our milk comes from our grass-fed Jersey cows, Petra and Paula, who we finish with organic grain offered only during milking (mainly to keep the ladies steady!). UCONN regularly tests our milk to guarantee that you're receiving the highest quality. To sanitize our equipment, we use electrolyzed water--a combination of electricity, water, and a few cooking ingredients--so you can be sure that acids and other harmful chemicals aren't making their way into your milk.

Our free-ranging hens eat the grub they find in our pasture, food scraps from the kitchen, and an organic feed that is corn- and soy-free that is pre-soaked in raw Jersey whey for added nutrients.
